Supported Employment Supported Employment services help adults who experience developmental disabilities find and keep jobs in the Anchorage community. The services are designed to assist each individual in gaining the daily living skills and on-the-job skills necessary for successful employment. We also work with employers to increase their understanding of ways to help people who experience developmental disabilities learn and grow in a work environment. Once employment has been obtained, The Arc provides ongoing, active support to each client so he/she can maintain the job and achieve maximum success.
